The Arts at Riverside County Office of Education is proud to offer this special opportunity to choir students who are selected/nominated by their Choir Directors. Students will be conducted by college level Director, Dr. Kellori Dower, meet other motivated and engaged choir students from throughout Riverside County, receive a certificate of recognition, commemorative medal and tee shirt, and be part of a performance for parents, friends and the public, at the beautiful Moreno Valley Performing Arts Center.
