RCOE has hired an independent, non-profit organization to host a crime reporting system for our organization.  WeTip Anonymous Crime Reporting Hotline provides an effective, anonymous citizens crime reporting hotline system.  WeTip promises and ensures absolute anonymity, not just confidentiality.

There are two methods available to report suspected fraud: the internet or telephone.
