The Equity and Inclusion unit will continue to expand RCOE’s initiatives and outreach supporting equity efforts and effective leadership. The annual Excellence Through Equity Conference 2024 will be coordinated by the Equity and Inclusion team who will also provide professional learning opportunities and equity resources to continue the equity conversation throughout the year.
