Our presence intimidates them
So they resolve to rid of us with violence
But who we are will not be concealed from this world
For we won’t be silenced

The functions of my body can slip & break
Yet I continue standing
My abnormality makes me not less, but more
Unique & unprejudiced
For silence will not break me

I attract the attention as the only woman
Judged for not acting like a toy
I’m more than just pleasure, I’m a warrioress
For I as well hold a life of authority and knowledge
These rights never differentiate for anyone

Shall my beliefs of virtue
Make me any lesser than man?
For man is of empathy and value
But morality will strengthen my voice till its all just deafening

Disregard me for my skin or race
But I will not sit and be overlooked
The righteousness of one lies in will
The will to defend our ends
And make our words memorable

We have a voice and it will be heard
It will roar to the depths of the world
We’ll be little but have a shadow overcast what one can’t see
You will listen to our word
For we are the voicewe are the future’s equity
