Personnel

Preface

The County Board of Education and County Superintendent of Schools make an effort to rescind policies and regulations as the content of policies and regulations become covered in collective bargaining agreements. Such policies and regulations are retained only as they pertain to unrepresented employees.

Should a policy or regulation and a contract conflict, the County Board of Education and County Superintendent of Schools intend for the contract to supersede the policy or regulation.
