Equity Retrofitting is an equity implementation model that enables sustainable access to rigorous course offerings, relevant and consistent supports, and equity in educational indicators and results. The goal of Equity Retrofitting is to retrofit an educational system whose current methods, procedures, and practices enable and perpetuate systemic inequities.
